We never work on more than 4–5 projects in parallel, so as not to endanger the timeline and the quality of the project.


We fill difficult positions 99.9% of the time in 8–11 weeks.

If you work with us, you will receive a market overview at the end of the project, which top candidates are now on the market available. This is done without your competition finding out about it because we work 100% discreetly when we identify candidates.

This is impossible by mass-recruiting companies, where each young recruiter has 20 projects parallel to work on.

Therefore, we are a retainer-based headhunting company, which means you just pay for what you get, but with a predictable timeline and reporting.


Working with us does make sense for positions, with a minimum annual salary level of around €60.000 and above.
